Flexible working – Hybrid and remote working
Hybrid remote working is here to stay.
Weather it’s working from home, the bach, or with colleagues that are in the office we are supportive. We do like our team to come to the office a couple of days a week though to build relationships, bond and deal with the difficult stuff face to face where they can.
A lot of our team are young and have young families. We are realistic about what that means and how flexible working enables better work/life balance.
